Qualification:

Knowledge of basic construction tools is a must.

The candidate would be expected to:

• have the ability to work consistently to the project's end and produce a high-quality fence or deck
• be able to communicate with crew, office, and clients.
• teamwork is highly promoted in the workplace and we are looking for leaders who are willing to work together

License:

• G License (Preferred)

Qualities that are promoted are being able to identify next steps and prepare, taking the initiative to keep the shop, work vehicles and work sites clean,  and most importantly a positive attitude.  

The candidate would be expected to:

• have the ability to work consistently to projects end.
• be willing and able to lift up to 80lbs and carry.  
• have an attitude that promotes teamwork, learning and be willing to take general direction.
